These services include one-on-one coaching sessions, in which I work with my clients to develop personalized plans that incorporate healthy habits and self-care practices.

Nutrition Counseling

I assess each client’s unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences to create a plan that fits them.

I cover meal planning, educate clients on the link between nutrition and health and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their goals. My goal is to empower clients to make sustainable dietary changes for better health and well-being.

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, but I work closely with clients to help them manage their symptoms and improve their overall health and well-being.

Pressure or Judgement

I do not pressure my clients to meet unrealistic goals, but rather work with them to set realistic and achievable objectives. I also respect their autonomy.

Stress Management

I assess clients’ stress levels, sources of stress and teach them about stress management techniques.

I also provide ongoing support and accountability to help them achieve and maintain their stress management goals. My goal is to empower clients to take control of their stress and improve overall health and well-being.

Initial Consultation

Plan Development

After the initial consultation, I will develop a personalized plan that includes specific recommendations for nutrition, exercise, stress management & lifestyle changes.

Ongoing Support

Once the plan is developed, I will also provide resources, tools, and materials to help the client continue to improve their healthy lifestyle and maintain their goals.
