My Journey
My Career Path Wasn’t Easy at all...
I struggled with physical and emotional health issues for much of my life, and it wasn’t until I discovered the power of holistic practices that I was able to truly heal and find balance. I am grateful for the challenges I faced on my own journey, as they have allowed me to develop the skills.

I became so passionate about the benefits of these practices that I decided to become a wellness coach and help others find the same sense of balance and well-being that I had found.
