My Career Path Wasn’t Easy at all...

I struggled with physical and emotional health issues for much of my life, and it wasn’t until I discovered the power of holistic practices that I was able to truly heal and find balance. I am grateful for the challenges I faced on my own journey, as they have allowed me to develop the skills.

With a background in nutrition, mindfulness, and yoga, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon when working with my clients. I create personalized plans for each of my clients based on their specific needs and goals, which means that the support and guidance I provide is tailored to the individual and their unique circumstances.
I became so passionate about the benefits of these practices that I decided to become a wellness coach and help others find the same sense of balance and well-being that I had found.
Today, I am dedicated to helping my clients find their own path to wellness through personalized plans that incorporate healthy habits and self-care practices.
